Play as a basis for Placemaking– UDL London

Daryl recently gave a talk at Urban Design London entitled Play as a basis for Placemaking as part of a one day workshop entitled Understanding the Structure of Places. The talk looked at different approaches to play and playgrounds in urban areas, addressing how play can become an integral part of a city’s public spaces. It finished with a toolkit and set of principles behind creating a successful playscape.
